Position Summary

DigitalVia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Educational Counsellors to guide students, working professionals, and business owners in selecting the right digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for counseling, and the ability to build robust relationships with prospective learners while achieving admission targets.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Training & Probation

- Duration: 3–6 Months

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students, professionals, and business owners regarding digital marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.




- Guide students throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Participate in seminars, career counseling sessions, workshops, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets while delivering excellent customer service.
