Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain Master Schedules and detailed project schedules using MS Project (MSP). Develop activity-wise planning based on BOQ, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare and manage L2, L3, and L4 schedules and detailed execution plans. Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, constraints, and deviations. Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. Develop and monitor 1-week / 2-week / 3-week Look-Ahead Plans. Prepare S-Curves, Progress Curves, Manpower Histograms, and MIS reports. Track major quantities for Mechanical Piping, MEP, PEB, Fabrication, and Erection activities. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Fabrication, Procurement, and Engineering Teams. Monitor the availability of drawings, materials, manpower, and equipment against planned activities. Identify critical activities and critical path and highlight potential project delays. Prepare catch-up and recovery plans wherever required. Maintain project baselines and regularly update schedules based on actual site progress.



Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management/client/PMC review meetings. Analyse productivity and manpower deployment against planned targets. Support management in identifying project risks, delays, and execution constraints. Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure planned targets are achievable and properly monitored. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
