Perfura Technologies is a Post Harvest Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a branch office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The Role

We require a creative, organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who seeks to build a career in Marketing within a privately owned manufacturing business.

Reporting to the Head – Business Development & Marketing, you will support Perfura's marketing and lead-generation activities by developing marketing content, executing campaigns, managing digital channels and generating qualified leads for the Business Development team.

This role is suited to someone who is commercially aware, enjoys communicating technical products clearly, is comfortable working across digital and traditional marketing channels and takes ownership of marketing activities from planning through to measurable results.

Responsibilities

· Execute Perfura's annual marketing plan in coordination with the Head – Business Development & Marketing

· Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team

· Manage Perfura's website, social media and digital marketing activities

· Develop brochures, catalogues, presentations, videos and other product marketing material

· Develop and execute campaigns for Perfura products, applications, customer segments and target industries

· Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, customer events and other promotional activities

· Maintain the marketing enquiry and lead database

· Conduct initial qualification of incoming enquiries and capture relevant customer and application information

· Allocate qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager / Executive

· Conduct market, customer and competitor research

· Monitor competitor products, positioning, promotional activities and market developments

· Support product launches and new-market development activities

· Coordinate photography,



video, case studies, testimonials and other promotional content

· Work closely with Business Development to develop territory-specific marketing campaigns

· Support the Business Development team with customer-specific presentations and marketing material

· Maintain consistent Perfura branding across marketing communications

· Monitor campaign performance, enquiry volumes, qualified leads and lead conversion

· Prepare regular marketing activity and performance reports

· Maintain accurate marketing records and digital content libraries

· Support institutional, dealer and international marketing activities where required

· Ensure agreed Marketing KPIs are achieved or exceeded

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Communications or a related discipline

· MBA in Marketing / Agribusiness is desirable

· Previous marketing experience is desirable; high-performing fresh graduates may also be considered

· Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to understand technical products and communicate their customer benefits clearly

· Ability to prepare professional marketing content, presentations and promotional material

· Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools

· Experience with graphic-design, content-creation or CRM tools is advantageous

· Creative, commercially aware and customer focused

· Able to handle multiple campaigns , to be participated in expos across the India when our needed and assignments simultaneously

· Able to set priorities and consistently meet deadlines

· Ability to analyse marketing results and improve activities based on performance

· Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Business Development and other Perfura teams

· Willingness to travel for exhibitions, customer events and marketing activities when required

· Handle Tender-related Activities, including documentation, quotation coordination and submission

Preferred Skills

· 3 years relavent experience in marketing (for the right candidate salary can be negociable)

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Head – Business Development & Marketing

Works closely with: Business Development – India, International Business, Operations and Service

Primary accountability: Generate qualified leads and build Perfura's market presence to support profitable sales growth

Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-Based Variable Pay/Incentives, based on individual and company performance.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
