HR & Recruiter - KRA & KPI

1. Manpower Stability & Recruitment

KRA Goal: To ensure the showroom is never understaffed and the hiring pipeline is

consistently active to support retail operations.

 KPI - Time to Fill: Any open position must be filled within 7 days.

 KPI - Daily Activity: 100% adherence to daily hiring activities, including candidate

calls, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

 KPI - Manpower Gap Resolution: Immediate identification and adjustment of staff

shortages before the store opens.

 KPI - Hiring Success Rate: Analysis of monthly hiring success and attrition root causes

(Salary/Culture/Pressure).

2. Attendance & Discipline Management

KRA Goal: To maintain a disciplined workforce and eliminate patterns of absenteeism or

tardiness that affect sales.

 KPI - Reporting Compliance: 100% daily submission of the HR Report (including staff

present, absentees, and latecomers) to the Owner/Manager.

 KPI - Discipline Audit: Weekly execution of warnings or discussions for staff with

frequent absenteeism or late-coming patterns.

 KPI - Floor Readiness: 100% daily check of staff grooming (uniform/neatness) and

energy levels before store opening.

3. Performance & Talent Development

KRA Goal:



To improve the quality of the sales team through continuous training and

performance categorization.

 KPI - Training Consistency: Mandatory weekly training sessions (30–45 mins)

covering product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling.

 KPI - Performance Categorization: Monthly evaluation and classification of staff into

A Players (Reward), B Players (Train), and C Players (Replace).

 KPI - Underperformer Action: Weekly execution of warnings and improvement

targets for low performers.

4. Employee Relations & Payroll

KRA Goal: To build trust through timely financial processing and proactive conflict

resolution.

 KPI - Conflict Resolution: 100% of employee issues, grievances, or leave requests

addressed and resolved within the same day.

 KPI - Payroll Accuracy: Timely and accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, and

deductions by the fixed monthly date.

 KPI - Retention & Recognition: Execution of monthly "Best Employee" rewards and

appreciation to maintain high morale.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
