Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct audience research, setup custom/lookalike audiences, and run A/B split testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM to hit target KPIs.
- Work closely with content and design teams to request high-performing ad creatives and video hooks.
- Manage setup and troubleshooting for Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta.
- Technical Proficiency:



In-depth mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Pixel setup, and GA4 (Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Solid ability to analyze metrics, identify scaling opportunities, and troubleshoot underperforming ads.
- Creative Mindset: Good understanding of visual storytelling, copy strategy, and what makes ad creative convert.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle ad budgets effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate results clearly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
