What are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned Manager - Policy Servicing to lead our Policy Servicing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing policy servicing operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing a team of policy servicing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to regulatory requirements.

What does the job entail?

- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective servicing of policies
- Analyze and interpret policy data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and input on policy development and servicing
- Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs




- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Manage and resolve policy-related issues and complaints in a timely and skilled manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other industry partners
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of policy servicing
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
- Oversee the development and maintenance of policy documentation and records
