Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: NOIDA, SECTOR - 15A

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, etc.
- Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.




- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- min 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

- Residing nearby Noida or comfortable commuting to the location.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
