1. Should have knowledge of project management process & ERP/SAP.

2. When a new project comes, there has to be a kick off meeting where Marketing Manager will hand over the complete project to PM followed by handover email. Taking forward from kick off meeting to managing all variable related to project, Communication with all relevant department. Execute it within the scope of Purchase order and realize of final payment would be key responsibility of PE.

3. PE at any point of time will be fully aware and have all relevant information related to their project.

4. Target Billing: PE will be responsible to realize target set for the month and have clarity of billing for their project at least 3-4 month in advance. From time to time they need to analyse and take necessary action to ensure targets are met.

Follow robust System & Process and have proper checkpoint to proactively manage their projects.

6. PE will be detailed in handling project and will communicate with clarity with all concerned.

7. PE will take full ownership and will be fully responsible for their project.

8. Co-ordination with Customers as well as Factory for Inspection Nomination.

9. Ensure On time submission of commercial document’s as per P.O. terms.

10. Updation of DI system.

11. Ensure to achieve project millstone w.r.t. agreed P.O. team w.r.t. Time, scope, cost and Quality.

12. Must be from project/commercial background.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
