Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort across all rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Room & Property Inspection:Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby and public areas.Physically check 30-40 rooms daily and release rooms for check-in on PMS / Extranet.Ensure all rooms are as per Novello brand standards before guest arrival.

2. Team Management:Allocate duties to Room Attendants and Housekeeping Staff for daily operations.Provide on-the-job training for cleaning procedures, grooming, and guest handling.Manage attendance, shift rosters and leave planning.

3. Guest Satisfaction:Handle guest complaints/requests related to housekeeping promptly.Ensure lost and found procedure is followed strictly.Coordinate with Front Office for early check-in, late check-out, and DND rooms.

4. Inventory & Maintenance:Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, toiletries and cleaning chemicals.Report maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)



to Engineering team and follow up.Control usage and minimize wastage of cleaning materials.

5. Reporting:

Daily housekeeping report - room status, occupancy, dirty rooms, out of order rooms.Maintain checklist for deep cleaning schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (Preferred) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years as Housekeeping Supervisor / Sr. Room Attendant in a 3-star / 4-star Hotel or Resort.

Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, floor care, linen handling.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Well-groomed, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting).
