To supervise labour, contractors, and daily civil activities at site, ensuring that work is executed safely, correctly, and according to the instructions of the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily labour and contractor activities.
Allocate work to labour teams as instructed.
Ensure proper execution of roads, drainage, masonry, boundary walls, and other civil works.
Check availability and proper use of materials at site.
Monitor labour attendance and productivity.
Ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
Report daily work progress to the Civil Engineer.
Identify defective or incomplete work and immediately report it.
Prevent material wastage and unauthorized use of resources.
Maintain site cleanliness and discipline.
Follow safety instructions and ensure workers use required safety equipment.
Support measurement and quantity verification activities.
Ensure work areas are handed over properly after completion.
Required Skills
Practical knowledge of civil construction.
Labour handling and site supervision.
Ability to understand basic drawings and instructions.
Strong discipline and coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction materials and tools.
Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma preferred.
4–10 years of experience in civil site supervision.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
