Job Description

We are looking for Sales Officers to join our sales team for Raipur, Durg and Bilaspur locations. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, market visits, beat planning, outlet coverage, sales generation and market surveys.

Candidates with experience in the FMCG, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Bakery or other food-related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit assigned market beats, retail outlets and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper distribution across the assigned market.
- Generate orders from distributors and retail outlets.
- Identify new outlets and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market surveys to understand customer demand, competition, pricing and market trends.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Achieve assigned sales, distribution and outlet coverage targets.
- Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Food Products, Bakery or related industries will be preferred.
- Experience in distributor handling and retail market sales is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with regular field work and market visits.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
