Job Summary:
We are a leading textile showroom looking for 5 dynamic, experienced Floor Managers to oversee sales floor operations, manage team performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations and supervise floor sales staff.
- Assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and monitor stock availability.
- Motivate the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the textile, apparel, or retail industry (1–10 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
