A Field Collection Executive visits customers or businesses in person to recover overdue payments, collect EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments), resolve billing disputes, and deposit collected funds/receipts.Role & ResponsibilitiesVisits: Travel to client locations, homes, or shops for payment follow-ups.Negotiation: Agree on valid repayment schedules or settlement terms under company rules.Collection: Accept cash, cheques, or digital payments and issue valid receipts.Reporting: Update daily collection sheets, promise-to-pay (PTP) logs, and submit reports to managers.Compliance: Follow RBI, banking, or NBFC collection guidelines and fair practices.RequirementsVehicle: Two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence are mandatory for field travel.Skills: Local language fluency, persuasion, negotiation, and basic mobile/app reporting.Qualification: Usually 10th pass, 12th pass, or graduation depending on the lender.Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification preferred by banks/NBFCs.

Pay: ₹9,580.75 - ₹27,473.19 per month
