Sudesh Kapoor Estates is hiring a Real Estate Field Agent to manage site visits, client coordination, and on-ground property activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, client interaction, and closing deals. We are a 54 year old firm and are a household name in South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property site visits with clients

- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, landlords & tenants

- Source and follow up on new property listings

Requirements

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of Mumbai property market (preferred)

- Comfortable with field sales and weekend work mainly Saturday.

- Self-motivated and target-driven also most importantly hard working.
