Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with solid expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native platforms, with a focus on reliability, security, and developer enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices and enterprise platforms
- Implement best practices for pipeline security, secrets management, and compliance
- Enable GitOps-based deployment strategies

Kubernetes & Cloud Platform

- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (GKE preferred)
- Work on:
- - Deployments, StatefulSets, Jobs
- IAM integration and RBAC
- Secrets management (KMS, external secret tools)
- Networking, ingress, and service exposure

- Implement scaling strategies (HPA/KEDA)
- Work with service mesh (Istio / Anthos Service Mesh preferred)

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
- Build reusable Terraform modules and enforce standards
- Work with state management, remote backends, and module versioning
- Implement secure infrastructure provisioning aligned with enterprise policies

GCP Cloud Engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- - GKE (cluster lifecycle, node pools, upgrades)
- IAM (service accounts,



workload identity)
- Networking (VPC, firewall rules, private connectivity)
- Storage: GCS
- Data services (BigQuery – basic understanding preferred)

- Design cloud-native, scalable, and cost-optimised architectures

Helm & Application Deployment

- Develop and maintain Helm charts (advanced templating, values management)
- Perform versioning, release management, and environment-based deployments
- Standardise application deployment patterns across environments

Development & Scripting

- Strong proficiency in:
- - Shell scripting (Bash)
- Basic development mindset (Python/Go is a plus)

- Build automation scripts for platform operations
- Debug CI/CD pipelines and production issues

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
- Strong expertise in:
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
- Terraform
- GCP ecosystem

- Hands-on experience with:

- Helm charts
- Service mesh (Istio / ASM)
- Secrets management solutions

- Solid understanding of:

- Networking fundamentals
- Security best practices (IAM, least privilege)

Skill Requirements

CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
