Flymedia Technology is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. Candidates with a willingness to learn and solid problem-solving skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure applications, drivers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, and basic system issues.

Requirements





- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux/Ubuntu.
- Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
