Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, social media, online platforms, and networking.
- Connect with students and prospects to understand their education and career requirements.
- Explain relevant study abroad and consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with counselling and documentation teams for smooth client handling.




- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates from any industry with strong sales experience are welcome.
- Experience in education, overseas education, immigration, or consultancy will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
