We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer with 4–7 years of building construction experience who can independently manage site execution and also support quantity takeoffs, estimation and tendering.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete site execution and daily planning
- Setting out, levels and site marking
- RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and slab execution
- Quality control and labour productivity
- Manpower, material and subcontractor coordination
- Reading architectural and structural drawings
- Quantity takeoffs, BOQ, BBS and measurements
- Estimation, rate analysis and tender support
- Daily Progress Reports, weekly planning and project reporting
- Resolving site issues independently

Mandatory Skills

- Strong building / RCC execution experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Robust quantity takeoff and estimation skills




- Good knowledge of BOQ, BBS and rate analysis
- Ability to independently plan and run site activities
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred
Experience: 4–7+ Years
Project Exposure: Experience on ₹20 Cr+ building projects preferred
Tower Crane / High-Rise Experience: Preferred
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
