- Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate appointments.
- Explain hair, skin, laser, PRP, and other aesthetic treatments to customers.
- Follow up with leads, consultations, missed appointments, and prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM/ERP.
- Convert leads into clinic visits and treatment bookings.
- Follow up with customers regarding packages, payments, and treatments.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and doctors for smooth customer handling.
- Achieve assigned calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Aesthetic or clinic experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
