Principal Lead Workato Architect

Role Overview

The Principal Lead Workato Architect who is responsible for defining enterprise integration strategy architecture governance and delivery standards This role provides technical and leadership direction for largescale integration initiatives while driving innovation AIenabled integration capabilities stakeholder management and organizational best practices

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise integration architecture standards and governance frameworks

Lead largescale Workato implementation programs and strategic initiatives

Design scalable secure and highperformance integration solutions

Drive APIled eventdriven and AILLMenabled integration strategies

Provide architectural guidance across cloud SaaS and enterprise systems

Lead technical solutioning estimations and integration roadmaps

Establish reusable frameworks accelerators and best practices

Manage stakeholders delivery governance and executive communications

Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture and code reviews

Drive operational excellence performance optimization and risk management

Required Skills Experience

8-12 years of enterprise integration and architecture experience

Expertlevel Workato expertise and strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns

Strong API architecture cloud integration and system design expertise

Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Workday ServiceNow Snowflake SAP and ERP systems

Robust leadership stakeholder management and solutioning capabilities

Experience managing large delivery teams and strategic programs

Preferred Qualifications

Workato Pro III certification

Experience with Boomi MuleSoft TIBCO IBM Sterling or other enterprise integration tools





Enterprise architecture or cloud architecture certifications

Experience with governance security compliance and AI integration strategies
