Mother Teacher

IVY World Play School, Ludhiana

Qualification: Graduate + NTT / NPTT / ECCE / B.Ed. preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in a reputed preschool/play school preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Create a warm, secure, and nurturing classroom environment for young children.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, lessons, rhymes, stories, and creative activities.
- Develop children’s communication, social, emotional, and basic academic skills.
- Handle classroom routines, discipline, hygiene, and safety.
- Observe and track individual child development and progress.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s development.
- Encourage participation in school events, activities, and celebrations.




- Maintain classroom resources and ensure a clean and organized learning environment.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach towards early childhood learning.
- Basic knowledge of preschool teaching methodologies.
