Birla Open Minds International School, L B Nagar is looking for a dedicated HR Executive whose sole responsibility will be Recruitment for Teaching and Non Teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities Only Recruitment:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Teaching & Non Teaching.
- Use Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,local references, WhatsApp groups, and walkin drives for sourcing
- Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews with Principal / Management
- Coordinate interviews, do followups, salary negotiation, and closure
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker, hiring status, and share daily reports with management
- Build and maintain a strong database of teachers for current and future openings
- Posting job ads and creative job posters on all platforms

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Must have hands on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, Telugu
- Target oriented, positive closing skills, able to join immediately
