We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Email Specialist to generate qualified leads for an Australian software development company.

This is a results-focused role for someone with proven cold email experience who can work independently and achieve agreed lead-generation targets.

Responsibilities

- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build high-quality prospect lists
- Create and manage cold email campaigns
- Write and test email sequences
- Manage follow-ups and campaign performance
- Generate qualified leads and meetings
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

- Proven B2B cold email experience
- Demonstrable results from previous campaigns
- Strong written English
- Experience with cold email and prospecting tools
- Positive understanding of email deliverability
- Experience working towards lead-generation targets
- Software, IT, SaaS or digital/advertising agency experience is highly preferred
