Patient Relations Executive
We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive for an office-based role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination.
- Resolve patient concerns and maintain valuable relationships.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
- Maintain patient records and basic office documentation.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Prior experience in healthcare/customer service/hospitality is preferred.
Work Location: In person
