Experience Required: 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience (Multi-entity and import/export background preferred) Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (or equivalent) Mandatory Tools: Strong working knowledge and experience with Zoho Books and Excel (Tally and InvenTree exposure required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Professional to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations across two group companies—from transaction recording to finalization of books. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage the complete accounting cycle, statutory compliance, inventory tracking, MIS reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination while providing guidance to a Junior Accountant and supporting the CFO on monthly finance reviews and internal controls. Key Roles & Responsibilities Books of Accounts & Full Accounting Cycle: Maintain complete books of accounts for both entities, recording sales, purchases, journals, and adjustment entries accurately, alongside managing fixed asset registers and prepaid expense schedules. Reconciliations: Perform daily and full-year bank reconciliations, manage credit card and Director's card expense reconciliations, and maintain vendor/customer ledger tracking and follow-ups. Payroll & Expense Processing: Process employee reimbursement claims (4–5 cycles/month across entities), incentive-calculation workings, and salary calculations/payouts. Documentation & Invoicing: Issue Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DCs), E-way Bills, and Tax Invoices. Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Handle monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliations, ITC utilization, e-invoicing, TDS workings, and return filings. Assist with annual GSTR-9C, ITR filings, tax audits,



and ROC-related documentation while maintaining a consolidated compliance calendar. Internal Financial Controls (ICFR): Support the CFO on ICFR documentation, operate maker-checker payment disciplines, maintain month-end close checklists, and close audit observations. Reporting, MIS & Finance Reviews: Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and data packs for CFO-level financial reviews. Banking, Imports & Trade Documentation: Handle AD Code submissions, review import paperwork (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Entry), and coordinate with banks and international/domestic vendors. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory records in InvenTree, track inward/outward movements, conduct physical stock reconciliations, and align documentation with dispatches. Team Supervision: Review and guide the Junior Accountant on routine entries, GST workings, reconciliations, and SOP maintenance, cross-training them as a functional backup. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and vendors. Required Skills & Competencies Proven ability to independently handle the complete accounting cycle from entry to finalization for multiple entities. Up-to-date, strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance including GST and TDS. Mandatory hands-on proficiency with Zoho Books, Excel, Tally, and InvenTree. Solid understanding of import documentation (BOE, Packing Lists, AD Code) and inventory stock reconciliation. Exceptional attention to detail, robust reconciliation skills, and the capability to generate comprehensive MIS reports to support leadership reviews.

Pay: ₹614,418.26 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
