Job Description:
As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. Your primary goal will be to achieve business targets and enhance the agency’s sales performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will work closely with insurance advisors to provide them with the necessary support and resources to succeed in selling life insurance products. Additionally, you will focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:





- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance advisors.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
