Job Description

- Ensure profitability of assigned properties through timely preparation, adherence to, and posting of budgets.
- Maintain properties in optimal condition by addressing tenant concerns, conducting regular inspections of vacant units, executing necessary repairs, and planning refurbishments.
- Implement and enforce occupancy procedures and policies, addressing non-compliance when necessary.
- Safeguard property by deploying security personnel efficiently, maintaining security systems, enforcing safety protocols, and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Adhere strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring 100% uptime of all critical equipment.
- Ensure timely collection of dues and issuance of work orders to vendors.




- Generate and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports for assigned sites in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule in line with OEM recommendations and maintain full statutory compliance with government regulations.
- Align with the organization’s Quality Policy, ensuring compliance in both internal and external audits.
- Ensure adequate workforce availability and facilitate continuous skill development to boost productivity and internal capability.
- Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
