About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Syvo Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online business across leading e-commerce marketplaces and digital channels. You will be responsible for managing key marketplace accounts, developing growth strategies, optimizing product performance, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.

This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills. You will work closely with marketplace partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to maximize revenue, enhance brand visibility, improve customer experience, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Own performance marketing strategy across Amazon, Flipkart & quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display campaigns
- Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display




- Perform regular keyword research, search term analysis, bid optimization, budget allocation, and campaign restructuring
- Work on campaign launches, ongoing optimization, and performance improvement across multiple brands
- Identify wasted spend, scaling opportunities, and account-level gaps
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor core PPC metrics — ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and ad-attributed sales
- Share actionable insights and recommendations based on account performance
- Support monthly planning and target-based account reviews
- Team Leadership
- Guide and review the work of 2 junior advertisers to ensure quality and consistency in execution
- Follow internal SOPs and help strengthen PPC processes over time
- Cross-team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams on listing quality, pricing, promotions, and inventory-related factors impacting ad performance

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:MBA degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in E-commerce marketing , Marketplace Management, or Ads Management. Experience with Marketplaces Ads and proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing key accounts.

Core Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon PPC / Amazon Advertising
- Good understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Experience with keyword harvesting, search term analysis, bid optimization, budget management, and campaign structure
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command over Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured manner
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to present performance insights clearly to internal stakeholders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
