Hospital Insurance Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time / Part time Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹18,000 per month

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a self organised candidate to work at our Hospital Insurance Desk and assist with health insurance claims, reimbursement and patient-related insurance processes. Responsibilities

- Handle health insurance and reimbursement-related activities at the hospital insurance desk.

- Assist patients and their families with insurance-related documentation.

- Collect, check and organize required medical and insurance documents.

- Coordinate with hospital departments, patients, TPAs and insurance companies.

- Assist with cashless and reimbursement claim processes.

- Follow up on pending approvals, queries and required documents.

- Track and update claim status.

- Prepare emails and basic claim-related communication.

- Maintain proper records of insurance claims and documents.

- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned cases.





Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel and email.

- Good documentation and coordination skills. - Comfortable interacting with patients and hospital staff.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in hospital insurance, TPA, medical billing, claims or healthcare administration will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits - ₹13,500 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
