Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing weddings & events
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and venues
- Manage timelines, checklists and event requirements
- Support on-ground wedding execution and guest management
- Handle last-minute requirements with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable, responsible and proactive
- Willingness to travel for destination weddings
- Versatile to work weekends and during wedding events
