About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Product Analyst to research new automations and features within the immigration/global mobility space, design workflows and user experiences, and help deliver assigned features from idea to release for Immidart Enterprise – working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and external vendors.
You'll own research, solution design, and UX for the features assigned to you, and bring recommendations to the table. You'll report to an Associate Product Manager or Head of Product, who owns overall roadmap priorities and scope decisions.
What You'll Do
- Research new automations, features, and industry best practices within immigration/global mobility (e.g. visa, compliance, or case-management processes), including speaking with clients or domain/compliance experts to understand real-world processes, not just desk research.
- Turn research into clear workflows, business rules, and requirements – covering the main flow, edge cases, and any compliance or regulatory checks that apply.
- Demo proposed solutions, wireframes, or prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients before and during build, to validate direction early and avoid rework.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria that give Engineering and QA enough detail to build and test without back-and-forth.
- Design wireframes and mock-ups for web and mobile screens, and rework existing screens based on client or user feedback (layout, navigation, missing information, etc.).
- Identify and define integrations with any external tools, client systems,
or government/regulatory portals needed for end-to-end automation – including what data needs to flow where, and any authentication or validation steps involved.
- Where work is outsourced to an external vendor, own the scope: define clear requirements, track progress against agreed timelines, review deliverables against what was asked for, and take responsibility for the quality of what gets delivered.
- Join sprint planning and backlog refinement for your features, and stay available to answer Engineering/QA questions as they come up during the build.
- See assigned features through to release – supporting UAT, launch, and early monitoring – and gather client/user feedback afterward to feed into the next round of improvements.
- Keep specs, process flows, and other documentation current for the features you own, so anyone picking up the work later has the full context.
What You'll Bring
- 5–6 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar product role.
- Experience researching a new process, feature, or regulatory topic on your own and presenting findings clearly.
- Hands-on experience with wireframes or mock-ups (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).
- Comfort writing requirements, user stories,
and workflow documentation.
- Comfort interviewing clients or subject-matter experts to understand a process, and presenting/demoing your findings or solutions back to them.
- Experience working with external vendors or development partners.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how system integrations work.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Solid communication skills – you can explain a complex idea simply.
- Experience in immigration, global mobility, HR tech, or another compliance-heavy, regulated industry.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, Lovable, Cursor, or similar).
- Experience with mobile app requirements and design.
Growth Path
This role is a stepping stone to Associate Product Manager. Analysts who take on full ownership of scope decisions and end-to-end delivery for a module are well-positioned to grow into that role.
