About the Role:

TLC Art Cafe is looking for a skilled Pizza & Bakery Chef to lead our dough, bread, and pizza program. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Italian or Continental kitchens and takes ownership of quality, consistency, and cost control at their station.

Key Responsibilities:

2–4 years of experience in a hotel or recognized restaurant, with a background in Italian or Continental cuisine

Strong hands-on experience in dough and bread handling — kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking

Ability to work independently as well as under pressure during peak hours

Manage ingredient inventory and control kitchen costs

Maintain consistent recipe standards across all shifts

Requirements:

Prior experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant kitchen

Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Valuable time management and ability to multitask during service

A genuine passion for baking and Italian/Continental food
