We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Baner, Pune. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment as well as HR operations support. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in HR, particularly in staffing and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (End-to-End)

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Support in offer rollout and onboarding coordination

2. HR Operations Support

Assist the Operations team in daily administrative HR tasks
Maintain employee records and documentation
Support in onboarding and induction processes
Help streamline HR processes and documentation
Coordinate internal communications and HR activities

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude

Pay: ₹5,026.93 - ₹7,135.49 per month
