Laptop Technician & Sales Executive

We are looking for a Laptop Technician & Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of relevant experience who has both technical knowledge of laptops/desktops and positive customer sales skills.

The candidate should be able to diagnose basic laptop and desktop problems, perform upgrades and software-related work, while also confidently attending customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop problems
- Windows installation, formatting, drivers and software installation
- RAM, SSD, HDD and other component upgrades
- Diagnose common hardware and software issues
- Basic laptop cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Test systems properly before delivery
- Attend customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right laptop, desktop, upgrade or accessory
- Explain product features and specifications in simple language
- Assist customers in comparing different models and configurations
- Handle laptop and IT product sales
- Recommend relevant accessories and upgrades such as RAM, SSD, bags, keyboards, mice, antivirus, etc.
- Convert service and upgrade enquiries into sales opportunities where relevant
- Maintain good customer communication and after-sales support




- Coordinate with the showroom sales and service teams

Skills Required

- Practical knowledge of laptop and desktop troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installation knowledge
- Windows installation and configuration
- RAM/SSD/HDD installation and upgrades
- Laptop sales experience and product knowledge
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of current laptop brands, processors, RAM, SSD and configurations
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle both technical and sales responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required
- Previous experience in laptop/computer sales and service preferred
- IT/Hardware qualification will be an advantage
- Strong practical knowledge is important
- Should be comfortable dealing directly with customers
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on technical knowledge, sales experience and overall skills.
