Engineering Virtual Built Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading AEC consultancy specialising in BIM, MEP, Architectural, Structural, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services for international and domestic projects.

Job Summary

The Accountant whowill support the Accounts Department by handling day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and accounts, recording all transactions (invoices, expenses).

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).

- Handle GST (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, TCS filings, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards.

- Manage Accounts Payable (vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (collections) with timely processing.

- Monitor expenses against budget and provide financial forecasts to management.

- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.

- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.





- Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management in decision-making.

- Process payroll including wages, deductions, and compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS) as per labour laws.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com/CA/MBA

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in accounts & compliance.

- Preference for candidates with **AEC background**.

- Proficiency in **Tally** and **MS Excel**.

- Strong understanding of **Indian tax laws (GST, TDS)**.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements.

- Experience liaising with Indian authorities (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC).

- Ability to collaborate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) on compliance matters.
