Floor Manager – Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom floor operations.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team.
- Monitor customer enquiries, walk-ins, test drives and bookings.
- Allocate leads and ensure proper customer follow-up.
- Support sales executives in achieving monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- cordinate with the service advisors also follow up regularly
- Monitor team performance and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Service departments.
- Ensure proper vehicle display and showroom standards.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Report sales performance and important issues to management.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma preferred.
- 1 years of experience in automobile sales/showroom operations preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Freshers with positive sales skills may also be considered.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
