Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy – Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Hugcare’s branding, mental-health awareness, corporate wellness, clinical services, internships, training programs, and business objectives.
- Content Planning – Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars covering posts, Reels, Stories, videos, campaigns, educational content, special-day creatives, testimonials, events, and promotional activities.
- Platform Management – Manage the company’s official Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other approved social media platforms.
- Content Creation & Coordination – Develop creative concepts, captions, scripts, campaign ideas, and content briefs. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, video editors, psychologists, and marketing staff.
- Reels & Video Content – Plan engaging short-form videos, psychologist videos, educational Reels, interviews, event coverage, corporate wellness content, and promotional videos.
- Brand Management – Ensure consistent use of Hugcare’s approved logo, brand identity, typography, visual style, messaging, and professional standards across all digital platforms.
- Publishing & Scheduling – Ensure approved content is published consistently and at appropriate times. Maintain an organized posting schedule without unnecessary gaps.
- Community Management – Monitor comments, messages, mentions, tags, reviews, and enquiries. Respond professionally or transfer enquiries to the appropriate Telecalling, Front Office, Clinical, or Marketing team.
- Lead Generation – Develop campaigns that generate relevant enquiries for counselling, corporate wellness, internships, training, workshops, camps, and other Hugcare services.
- Paid Advertising – Plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize approved digital advertising campaigns, including Meta and other relevant platforms, within authorized budgets.
- Campaign Management – Manage social media campaigns for branch openings, new services, corporate partnerships,



awareness programs, recruitment, internships, events, and special occasions.
- Analytics & Performance – Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, enquiries, leads, conversions, advertising performance, and other relevant KPIs.
- Monthly Reporting – Prepare detailed reports comparing targets with actual performance and identify opportunities for improving content and campaign results.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, content formats, audience behaviour, and relevant digital-marketing developments.
- Website & Digital Coordination – Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure social media campaigns, landing pages, website information, contact details, and promotional materials remain consistent.
- Influencer & Collaboration Management – Coordinate approved collaborations with influencers, public figures, professionals, institutions, corporate partners, and other organizations.
- Event Coverage – Plan live and post-event social media coverage for counselling camps, corporate programs, workshops, inaugurations, internship activities, awareness campaigns, and company events.
- Mental-Health Content Responsibility – Ensure psychology and mental-health content is respectful, responsible, and appropriately reviewed when clinical claims or advice are involved. Avoid misleading, stigmatizing, or unsupported claims.
- Patient & Client Privacy – Ensure patient/client photographs, videos, testimonials, counselling information, and personal details are not published without appropriate authorization and consent.




- Copyright & Content Compliance – Ensure photographs, videos, music, graphics, fonts, and other materials are appropriately licensed or authorized for company use.
- Team Management – Supervise and coordinate the Graphic Designer, Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator, and other assigned media team members. Allocate tasks and monitor deadlines and quality.
- Content Approval – Review spelling, grammar, dates, contact information, logos, claims, captions, and overall design before content is submitted for final approval or publication.
- Reputation Management – Monitor public feedback and online reviews and immediately escalate serious complaints, misinformation, negative publicity, or sensitive issues to management.
- Data & Asset Management – Maintain organized records of photos, videos, designs, editable files, campaign materials, content calendars, passwords/access controls, and other digital assets according to company procedures.
- Daily Team Coordination – Conduct or participate in regular content discussions, track pending work, and ensure designers, editors, and content creators understand their priorities and deadlines.
- Confidentiality – Maintain strict confidentiality regarding unreleased campaigns, internal company information, corporate partnerships, patient/client information, passwords, analytics, and marketing strategies.
- Additional Responsibilities – Perform other reasonable social media, branding, marketing, and media-management responsibilities assigned by the Marketing Head, CEO, or Management.

Key Skills Required: Social media strategy, content planning, copywriting, digital marketing, Meta advertising, analytics, creative direction, team leadership, communication, branding, basic graphic/video knowledge, campaign management, lead generation, trend analysis, and robust organizational skills.

Pay: ₹11,357.68 - ₹18,000.00 per month
