Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and responsible Sales Associates to join our retail store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products, maintaining store standards and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, sizes, offers, discounts and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain proper product display, folding and merchandising on the sales floor.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged, arranged and available for customers.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain cleanliness of the sales area.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers in trial room and product selection where required.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager, Cashier and other team members.
- Follow company policies, store procedures and grooming standards.




- Help maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; retail experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as per retail requirements.

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹108,000.00 per year
