Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day activities and administration of the Girls Hostel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure, secure, and comfortable living environment for hostel residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Girls Hostel.
- Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper conduct among students.
- Maintain hostel attendance, room allotment, visitor records, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor students' entry and exit as per hostel rules.
- Address students' concerns, complaints, and basic accommodation-related issues.
- Coordinate with the university administration, security, housekeeping, and other departments when required.
- Handle emergencies and promptly report serious incidents to the concerned authorities.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and ensure compliance with university hostel policies.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students.
- Assist in implementing hostel rules, regulations, and schedules
