Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Coordinate non-clinical and clinical departments—such as facilities, patient transport, housekeeping, and nursing administration—to eliminate workflow bottlenecks. [1, 2]
- Financial Management: Monitor departmental budgets, manage P&L; (Profit and Loss), and oversee resource allocation. [1, 2]
- Staff Management: Supervise personnel, handle scheduling, coordinate recruitment, and address employee grievances. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure the hospital meets all local and national healthcare regulations, safety codes, and patient confidentiality standards. [1, 2]
- Process Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like wait times or room turnaround to improve patient care and operational efficiency
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
