Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and update applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up new hire files.
- HR Operations & Data: Maintain employee records (hard copies and digital) and ensure data privacy and accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Support the organization of team-building events,



employee recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in updating HR policies, handbook documents, and monitoring compliance standard operating procedures.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team for special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices is a plus.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Robust organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
