Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anaesthesia team during surgical procedures.
- Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and consumables before surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices.
- Perform surgical counts of instruments, needles, and swabs.
- Monitor and maintain OT equipment and emergency supplies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient-safety protocols.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, CSSD, and other departments.
Qualification: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
Experience: 3-5 yrs OT experience preferred.
