Job Description – Warehouse Executive

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Shift: Rotational (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Role Summary

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, ERP entries, stock movement, documentation, and supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Create GRN, stock transfers, and stock adjustment entries in the ERP.
- Maintain inventory records, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain stock reports, documentation, and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.

Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of GRN, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers, FIFO, and FEFO.
- Good communication and team management skills.
