The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for the design and execution of test plans to ensure new functionality, enhancements, or bug
fixes meet business and/or functional requirements. In addition, identifies whether products or enhancements are functional, reliable, performant and meet the intended use cases as well as end user expectations. The Senior QA Analyst also provides
leadership and mentorship to other QA Analysts on the team to drive efficiencies and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, engineering, or STEM related disciplines
 5-7 years of creating and executing test plans for software solutions as well as designing and executing best practices
 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions that are then presented to cross-
functional departments as needed




 Working understanding of software developed in a Microsoft workplace using Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server
 Demonstrated ability to design and develop repeatable processes that improve existing software testing processes
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
 Working understanding of Microsoft DevOps preferred
 Must be self-motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
