- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Safety / HSE, preferably in construction, MEP, HVAC, or industrial project sites.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks for workers.
- Provide on-the-job training on the proper use of hand tools, cartridge tools, and machine-operated tools.
- Maintain accident and incident logs, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded.
- Identify potential hazardous areas and conduct critical safety inspections.
- Ensure the correct selection and use of Personal Protective Equipment at the worksite.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Issue work permits and inspect the work area before the commencement of work.
- Monitor and enforce secure working practices at height.




- Develop and implement safe work procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
- Identify and report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct safety meetings with site personnel.
- Perform daily site safety inspections and provide practical solutions to safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
