About the Role

Ayika Sciences is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer acquisition, distributor/dealer development, lead generation, and maintaining robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and other relevant businesses.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Present and promote Ayika Sciences' wet wipes products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers wherever required.
- Collect market feedback regarding customer requirements, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.
- Support marketing activities, product promotions,



exhibitions, and local market development initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence to the management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales/Marketing/Business Development will be preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, personal care, hygiene products, medical products, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and smartphone-based reporting.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be comfortable travelling for sales activities.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[To be decided] per month + Incentives
