- Attend and welcome walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV and security products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Handle sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales, and billing details.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
