Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to handle customer/dealer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, distributors, and potential leads.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Explain company products, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer status.
- Update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
