Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator – JD

Location: Hyderabad – RVRG (Moosapet), OneCity (Kukatpally) & JCC (Gachibowli)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic functioning of our Pre-Primary sections across 3 campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor Pre-Primary academics across all three campuses.
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom activities, and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure consistency in teaching standards, assessments, and learning practices.
- Conduct regular campus visits and provide academic guidance and teacher support.
- Monitor teacher performance and classroom effectiveness.
- Support teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning methods.
- Coordinate with the respective campus teams to ensure smooth academic operations.

Eligibility:





- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years.
- Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator is preferred.
- Experienced Pre-Primary teachers with solid academic and leadership skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and teacher-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel between the 3 campuses regularly.

Pay: ₹12,837.20 - ₹35,705.81 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana 500099: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
