PropCID Infotech Private Limited is a real-estate technology company focused on providing technology-driven solutions and services for the real-estate ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team and manage day-to-day HR operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist who can independently handle core HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, documentation, employee relations, HR policies, and general HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support salary discussions and offer release as per company guidelines.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

- Coordinate the complete employee onboarding process.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and procedures to new employees.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor daily employee attendance and working hours.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Track late coming,



early departures, absenteeism, and leave.
- Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.

4. Employee Relations

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Support management in resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate sensitive matters when required.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

- Communicate and implement company HR policies.
- Ensure employees understand workplace rules, attendance policies, leave policies, and code of conduct.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Support compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures whenever required.

6. Performance Management

- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
- Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with reporting managers regarding employee performance concerns.

7. Payroll Support

- Prepare and verify monthly attendance and leave data.
- Share accurate employee information with the payroll/accounts team.
- Coordinate regarding salary-related HR queries.
- Maintain records of salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and other employee changes.

8. Employee Engagement

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support employee recognition and team-building initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy workplace culture.
- Organize HR communications, meetings, celebrations, and internal activities.

9. Exit & Full & Final Process

- Coordinate employee resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct or coordinate exit interviews.




- Ensure proper handover and clearance procedures.
- Prepare experience and relieving letters as applicable.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for full and final settlement.

10. HR MIS & Reporting

- Maintain accurate HR trackers and databases.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, leave, and employee strength.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
- Ensure HR documentation is updated and properly organized.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Qualified and positive attitude.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in recruitment as well as HR operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/technology setting.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Practical understanding of employee lifecycle processes.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
